We are seeking to add 2 lawyers to our established Albany team. We are open to lawyers practicing in family law, wills & estates, commercial & property or dispute resolution.  

 

This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of legal matters taking into account the unique location of our Albany office:-

 

  • Farming clients

  • High Net Wealth Individuals

  • Property and Childrens matters

  • Estate Planning

  • Energy & Wind Farm Agreements / Agribusiness

 

You'll be part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to work on Perth files, as well as those in Albany.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage files from inception to resolution with independence determined by experience.

  • Provide practical legal advice to clients

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding results

 

About You

 

  • Minimum of 2 years' post admission experience

  • Experience at attending hearings and briefing counsel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.

Location: Mandurah, WA

 

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team.

 

This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of family law matters taking into account the unique location of our Albany office:-

 

  • Farming clients

  • High Net Wealth Individuals

  • Property and Childrens matters

 

You'll be part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to work on Perth files, as well as those in Albany.

Our lawyers do not have billable targets, we value the both the billable and non billable work that our lawyers do. Our lawyers do not have marketing targets, our firm has no shortage of quality work. We want our lawyers to focus on what they do best, and contribute to our team as a whole.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in family law - property and childrens' matters, VROs and FVROs.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial structures and financial accounts.

  • Experience at attending hearings and briefing counsel.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
